 JEC Conducts Training Sessions for Smooth e-Office and e-HRMS Functioning on  27th and 29th May 2026

Under the directions and digital governance initiatives of the Madhya Pradesh Technical Education Department, Jabalpur Engineering College (JEC), Jabalpur, organised a series of training and awareness sessions related to e-Office and e-HRMS for the teaching faculty and employees of the institution. These sessions were conducted under the guidance of Principal Dr Rajeev Chandak to ensure the smooth implementation of digital administrative systems in the college. On 27 May 2026, a special session was organised for all office and departmental Class-III employees of the college. The session focused on resolving doubts and operational difficulties related to e-Office work. Employees were guided regarding the smooth handling of digital office procedures and online file management systems. Subsequently, on 29 May 2026, two important training sessions were conducted concerning e-Office functioning, administrative instructions, and digital processes related to e-Office and e-HRMS. The first meeting was organised at 3:00 pm for all the teaching faculty of the institution, while the second meeting at 4:00 pm included teaching faculty along with Class-III and Class-IV employees. All concerned staff members were instructed to remain compulsorily present to ensure proper understanding and implementation of the digital administrative systems

WhatsApp Image 2026 05 29 at 6.21.58 PMThe entire process was coordinated by e-Office and e-HRMS Nodal Officer Dr Hemendra Singh Patel, along with Assistant Nodal Officers Prof. Praveen Patel and Prof. Rakesh Patel. Their efforts played an important role in the successful execution of the training sessions and digital administrative activities. An important achievement during this initiative was the successful uploading of service books of nearly all college employees into the digital system. This challenging and time-consuming task was carried out under the supervision of Prof. Hemendra Singh Patel, whose continuous commitment, hard work, and sense of responsibility deserve special appreciation. Such initiatives will help make administrative work smoother, faster, and more effective in the future. ehrms
