Master of Computer Applications MCA

• As the new era witnessed a swift development in Computer and Information Technology this department is making every possible effort to prepare Post Graduate Computer Professionals. Best software facilities are provided to the students owing to which they get excellent training in software engineering. The department provides its students the best software & computing machines to carry-out their practical assignment & project work. This department possesses 5 work stations, 12 server, 15 standalone systems and 30 printers. For project work the students of this department prepare software packages for the other organizations.

• HIGHLIGHTS

  1. About 25 students of the Department have been selected in campus recruitment by reputed companies like TCS, Wipro, Persistent, Infosys, etc. in the past.
  2. The Department has submitted proposals for organising National Conference and Short Term Training Programme (STTP) to the Directorate of Technical Education, Bhopal under Staff Development Programme.
  3. The presitigious Doctoral Degree was conferred/awarded by Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur to a faculty of this department.
  4. The Head of the Department was nominated as Subject Expert for faculty selection by A.P.S. University, Rewa. He was also appointed as subject expert for the selection of System Officers and System Assistants under e-court project of Hon’ble High Court of M.P., Jabalpur.
